This website has been created exclusively for all Members to access the Member's only Community Directory, and a convenient way to communicate online with your neighbors, the Board and our HOA Manager.

The Board strongly recommends that all property owners become Registered Members.  If you are not registered, you may miss important information that is delivered electronically.  To register, click on the Register/Login box in the upper right hand corner of this page and follow the prompts. 

The Association's Governing Documents and Records

Governing documents, meeting minutes, meeting agendas, the event calendar, the reserve study, and financial records are available to Registered Members online by logging in to your Appfolio account using this shortcut link: Go to Appfolio. Once you’re logged into your AppFolio account, you’ll find a file folder labeled "Shared Document Folder” in the left hand column. From there you can easily locate all the information you’re seeking. 

About Forrest Groves Estates

Forrest Groves Estates is a quiet, low-traffic community on the Florida River 11 miles east of Durango, Colorado. Our community was developed by Bill Groves after his family had used the area as a summer camp for kids in the 1950's and 1960's, Bill Groves developed the subdivision in the 1970's and named it for his brother, Forrest.  Our community's homes and lots are privately owned.  A Homeowners Association managed by the Board of Directors maintains the community's common areas, roads, water, waste water treatment facilities and conducts snow removal on its roads.
