2021-2022 Bylaws Revision 

The Bylaws Committee is an ad hoc committee established by the Board of Directors at a Board meeting held on August 19, 2021.  The role of the committee is to update FGEHA’s out of date governance documents so they comply with current State of Colorado regulations governing HOA’s, the Colorado Common Interest Ownership Act (CCIOA). This project will result in reorganizing the existing bylaws into three documents the Bylaws, and two new documents "Rules and Regulations" and “Policies". (See file labeled "FG Chart 2.pdf” ) 

The new regulations were in part adopted to set minimum HOA governance standards and to make sure that HOA’s information is accessible to its Members.  We are committed to working in a transparent manner and will keep you informed.
